Itinerary

DAY 1: SundayArrival day

Arrive at Vilnius Airport and enjoy a transfer to your hotel. Overnight

DAY 2: MondayVilnius city tour

Explore city’s heritage and culture during this exciting 3-hour Vilnius city tour. See the main attractions included in the UNESCO World heritage list such as Vilnius Old Town, be impressed by the bohemian Uzupis district, admire one of the most beautiful churches in the world St.Peter’s and Paul’s church, and more sightseeing spots awaiting for you!

DAY 3: TuesdayTour to the Hill of Crosses

Take the Hill of Crosses tour from Vilnius and explore the famous Jurgaiciai Hill, which is located 12 km north of Siauliai. This authentic monument of history and religious folk art is the best repository of Lithuanian cross making art and inspires with its peace, spirituality, authenticity and sacred nature. The legendary stories about the beginning of the Hill are insteresting as well.
Another highlight of the tour is the park dedicated to the partisans of the Great Battle District. The park was established to remember the resistance war against the Soviet regime, so you will see the crosses dedicated to the partisans (also known as Forest Brothers), the most important dates of Lithuanian history and for famous people such as Pope John Paul II, US president Ronald Reagan.

DAY 4: WednesdayTrakai Castle and Paneriai Memorial Park tour

Take a trip through the history on Lithuania on this thrilling tour to charming Trakai town and Paneriai Memorial Park. Started with a short Jewish history of Vilnius city, you’ll gain a provoking and touching experience in the outskirts of the Paneriai forest. Then going on a tour to Trakai town, which is famed the world over for it’s delightful island castle and a blend of natural beauty. Accompanied by the local guide, you’ll take round the various rooms of the Castle Museum. About one hour time is reserved to spend by your own before making the short drive to Vilnius.
